Digital Video Entertainment for ALL EBTC customers

Our Basic service package includes 81 digital video channels and 56 audio channels.  There is also a Lifeline package that offers fewer channels at a reduced price.

The Basic HD Lineup will launch during the 2nd quarter of 2008 and complements the above packages by offering an additional 25 channels.

Also complementing our Basic and Lifeline services will be two very attractive premium movie packages.  The first

movie package is from Encore/Starz and includes 16 different movie channels.  The second package is from Showtime with 10 movie channels to choose from.  HBO

will soon be available.

We anticipate rolling out Vidio on Demand (VOD) and Digital video recording (DVR) in 2008.
